Jazzy Says Goodbye

Hello everyone. 

This will be my last post about Club Penguin. Do to recent events, I have decided not  to blog about Club Penguin Island.

Club Penguin has closed and is, unfortunately, no longer available to play. I have enjoyed writing every post on this blog and am proud to say, that there have been over 3,000 views in the past few years. I want to thank you all for coming to Jazzy on Club Penguin and reading my posts. 

As I said I will no longer be blogging for Club Penguin, but you may still see me wandering around Club Penguin Island from time to time (as my island penguin JazW).

I am sad to let this blog go, however it will still be available for anyone who wants to come and read it. I hope you continue to have fun playing.

Saying Goodbye to Club Penguin

Today is, officially, the last day of Club Penguin. 

Unfortunately Club Penguin will no longer be available to penguins who have not already redeemed a membership card (cards are no longer available). Penguin with membership cards be able to continue logging  on to Club Penguin only until it expires.

On the bright side Club Penguin now has a new mobile app called 'Club Penguin Island'  that should now be available for everyone to play!

As for me; I will continue  to play Club Penguin and update you as long as I can (end of 2017). I will also be on Club Penguin Island, exploring what's and updating you about it on my new blog, jazzyplayscpisland.blogspot.com. 

I hope to see soon, both on Club Penguin and Club Penguin Island.

Update: Club Penguin Will Be No More

"Memberships for desktop Club Penguin and the Club Penguin app are no longer available for purchase. From now until March 29, 2017, current paid members can enjoy unlimited access until their memberships expire."

Paid memberships had unlimited access until March 29th. Please excuse me for any inconvenience.

        I regret to tell you... Club Penguin will be closing after March 29th. 

        Why? Here's the Answer from Club Penguin posted on their help page.

S1"Over the past few years, our team has been hard at work on an entirely new Club Penguin experience for mobile. With this next chapter, we will be launching an amazing new product, Club Penguin Island, that offers a uniquely penguin experience, with new features and gameplay, making it more fun than ever. As we get closer to the launch of Club Penguin Island, which will be available in select languages and territories in March, we will be transitioning to an entirely new platform, and, we’ve made the decision to discontinue the current Club Penguin game on desktop and mobile devices on March 29, 2017.

We are deeply grateful for your time and enthusiasm since the beginning, and we’d like to thank each and every one of you in the Club Penguin community."

        All penguins without current memberships can still log on and play until March 29th.

        

        However, penguins with current memberships can still "enjoy unlimited access until 

        their membership expires" (*S2).  

        I'm sorry to see it go but let's enjoy it while we can. Soon their will be no more Club

        Penguin, but, their will be the new Club Penguin Island.
